 The Hanover Company; Houston, Texas

The Hanover Company is a Houston-based provider of natural gas compression equipment and services to the global energy industry.   EOFS provides complete support for design, installation and management of all elements of Hanover's two facilities in Houston.

EOFS was chosen to complete a total redesign of two of Hanover's corporate offices – a brand new 2-story building and the complete floor (220,000 square feet) of a new Class A building.   Installation of all new furnishings was accomplished within the limited timeframe specified by Hanover management.

As the company's requirements dictate, EOFS provides on-going support for these facilities including managing furniture inventory, reconfiguration and moving of existing office spaces, and supply of new furnishings.

  Lamar Institute of Technology; Beaumont, Texas

As part of a $5.6 million project to rehabilitate Gentry Hall, a vacant dormitory on the campus of Lamar University, EOFS was selected to provide all furnishings for this 130,000 square foot building.

After the completion of the restoration project, the new facility houses approximately six large classrooms, 128 offices and a laboratory
